It's a fact... us Aussies LOVE our night markets. Why? Live music, cheap food stalls, pretty lights, pop up beer gardens, boutique and second hand clothing stores, cheap souvenirs, roaming performers and most importantly... a great vibe! Whether it be summer or winter, anytime is a good enough excuse to throw a night market. It's where the locals hang after a hard day's work and a great place to "get amongst it" if the $$ are running low. The most popular of them all seems to be the Winter Night Market Melbourne has, but there are plenty more on offer around Australia. So here it is... the Aussie winter night markets that you need in your life...
