New Zealand has done it again! For the fourth consecutive year New Zealand has been named as the World's Best Country in the annual Telegraph Travel Awards. Each year over 75,000 Telegraph Readers, mainly based in the UK, are asked to vote for their favourite countries and cities across the globe.
The travel awards celebrate 13 different categories and this year Air New Zealand came in at #3 for the best long haul airlines. There's no doubt that the Brits (including Camilla and Charles) absolutely love New Zealand.
Voters were asked to give a reason for their favourite destination and the love for New Zealand flooded in, claiming that "it really does look like Middle Earth" and "there is fantastic Maori culture." Here are some of our favourite reasons that really reinforce why New Zealand is so magnificent. Don't believe us?
